As the CFO of Spectrum Management and ETS, Barbara Kent is responsible for the companies’ financial planning and reporting, and provides financial reporting to internal and external constituencies. She is also responsible for managing the financial risks while controlling the cash flows of the organizations. Barbara joined Spectrum Management/ETS in November 1999 and has over 25 years of accounting and finance experience in both service and manufacturing industries. Prior to joining Spectrum/ETS, Barbara served as Controller for a major retail marketing company. Previously she held management positions in a government service organization in Virginia. Barbara is a Certified Public Account with a Masters degree from Marymount University in Virginia and an undergraduate Accounting degree from the University of Texas, Arlington.
