John Jennings
National Law Enforcement Liaison

 

As the National Law Enforcement Liaison, John is responsible for all law enforcement training and education pertaining to ETS’ TracPac System and associated sting and stakeout capabilities. Previously, he held the post of advisor to ETS, providing operational, procedural, tactical, and technical support of the proprietary ETS technology. Prior to that, John served for several years as the ETS Liaison Officer with the San Antonio Police Department (SAPD), where he was instrumental in the System’s installation, officer training, and System oversight. He has over twenty years of law enforcement expertise as a detective investigator with the SAPD where he was a member of the Special Weapons and Tactics Team (SWAT) Technical Surveillance Unit, and established the Video Investigations Unit. Mr. Jennings has traveled the country extensively teaching classes and conducting seminars. He also has vast experience in the private sector, working in retail sales and management capacity.
