Jon J. Gergen
President, Chief Executive Officer, and Co-Founder, Spectrum Management® L.L.C.

 

As President, CEO, and Co-Founder of Spectrum Management, Jon Gergen is responsible for running all facets of the business. Prior to founding the Company, Jon served as President of Ross Holdings, L.L.C., a private investment firm. Previously, he was a Contract Executive for American Express Information Services where he helped facilitate resolution of the Amex/MCI joint venture. Jon has also held positions as General Attorney, NW Bell; Vice President and General Counsel, Interline Communication Services, Inc.; President, Interline, and Vice President and General Counsel, US West Information Systems, Inc. (US West companies). Prior to that he joined NW Bell Telephone where he was involved in house litigation for NW Bell and the Bell System. He participated in the planning and ultimately the creation of American Bell and then US West, Inc. Previously, Jon served as a private practice lawyer for 10 years in Omaha, Nebraska with a firm focusing on insurance defense and subrogation. He has served on the boards of charitable institutions as well as public and private, for-profit organizations. Jon earned a JD and a BSBA from Creighton University.
